Vineyard: Stavros (Cross) at an altitude of 645m. The vineyard has a south orientation, poor, sandy, and sandy-clay soil. The variety of Xinomavro has been thriving here for hundreds years
Characteristics: Clear ruby red color, aroma of tomato, olive, ripe red fruits, and dried plum. Matures in French oak barrels for 9 months.
