Varietal composition: Xinomavro (50%) Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) Montepulciano (25%)
Vineyard: Konti Karydia (Short walnut tree) and Red Soil at an altitude of 630m-640m.
Winemaking: Each variety matures separately in French oak barrels for 9 months before blending.
Characteristics: Ruby red color. Aroma of sweet ripe red fruits, plum, fig, strawberry with spicy aftertaste of cinnamon cocoa, vanilla and pepper.
Food Pairing: Fruits, roasted meat, nuts and pasta.
