Varietal composition: Xinomavro (60%) Merlot (20%) Syrah (20%)
Vineyard: Stavros (Cross) and Red Soil at an altitude of 630m-645m.
Winemaking: Each variety matures separately in French oak barrels for 9 months before blending.
Characteristics: Ruby red color. Aroma of ripe red and black fruits, spicy aftertaste and velvet tannins.
Food Pairing: It matches with all kinds of food.
