At Dimopoulos Estate the planted varieties are red: Xinomavro, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot noir, Montepulciano, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and white: Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Assyrtiko. The yield is controlled with the use of green harvest in order to lower the yield and to ameliorate the final quality of the grapes.


The winery is surrounded by 58 ha of private owned vineyards. The soils are sandy, sandy-clay with south exposure and are planted at an altitude of 640-680 m. The climate of the area is characterized by cold winters with sufficient rainfall and snow and dry summers. The combination of high altitude, soil and north winds at the area, gives us a unique terroir for the production of low yield red grapes. The sub regions, where the vineyards are located, are called “Kokkina Chomata” (Red Soil), "Konti Karidia" (Short Wallnut tree) and "Toumba".


The building has two floors, 870 m3 each and is located along the edge of the hill named Konti Karidia. Underground, at the basement, is the heart of the production with the vinification and storage tanks and the cellars. At the first floor the offices and tasting rooms are located.
