Varietal composition: Xinomavro
Vineyard: Stavros (Cross) and Konti Karydia (Short walnut tree) at an altitude of 645m. From selected vineyards which meet the requirements for an excellent Reserve.
Characteristics: clear ruby red color. Aroma of tomato olive mushrooms and notes of vanilla. Proper acidity, soft tannins and special aftertaste. Matures in French and American oak barrels for 25 months. Gentle aeration in a decanter is recommended.
Food Pairing: roasted meat, barbeque, game, fatty cheese.
