Varietal composition: Sauvignon blanc 100 %
Vineyard: “Red Soil” at 630 m. altitude
Vinification: Pre-fermentation cold soak, low temperatures during alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank, batonnage with fine lees for 2 months.
Characteristics: Intense fruity character, citrus and passion fruit dominating and green herbal notes at the background.
Food Pairing: Fruits, green salads, seafood, fish.
